Jeld Clicktooth

Jeld clicktooth is the archthief of the dragon's tooth thief guild. He is an accomplished kobold. Much of what he is focused on stealing is magic items and publicly refers to himself as an archaeologist but the underworld is aware of his dirty deeds. He is in possession of an artifact know as crescent a wish granting scimitar. He assassinated the emperor of Kin tokha and named himself king.
