Incarcerus

Incarcerus is the highest security prison in all of Lughaidh. It houses some of the most dangerous and deranged criminals known to man. It is located in Uthrak and its warden is an Orc zealot barbarian named Gretki Zholkenk.

Hourglass man- an ex-member of the white mask and was imprisoned after a bombing on the white mask's main base killing 398 people with his magic alone.
Rod Deruge- Known as Dr.poison he singlehandedly caused a plague in Khel dor killing thousands, to this day the poison he used is unknown.
Imkhugu The Ravager- Imhugu used to be a barbarian king of the frozen tribes and nearly caused a large scale genocide on Chaogora.
Rumbleblock- An earth genasi general of the arborian armed forces who deserted his nation and started development on a weapon to completely infertilize the Elvish population of alinium.
The gutterville slasher- A notorious pirate of bleak shallows whose destruction was enough disturb the other bloodthirsty pirates and bandits.
