G'tlazi

G'tlazi is a country overrun with bandits and cutthroats. The closest thing they have to a leader is a tabaxi bandit lord named Zosc Leng. 15 years ago the bandits captured a Platinum chain ship and now flaunt it off as their own. Currently a diplomat named Ekhi Pan is trying to bring some semblance of order to the nation. G'tlazi is looked down upon by many other nation as it does nothing about its degenerate population.
