Empyrean Hallows

The empyrean hallows or sometimes known as the valley of dead kings is a burial site for Lucinian emperors and has attracted so much necrotic energy over its centuries of use. It is believed the lich Bain originated from here. The undead from the hallows tend to be stronger than your average undead.
