Ekhi Pan

Ekhi is a G'tlazi anthropologist and diplomat who believes he can bring order to G'tlazi. He is a goblin who swore off his tribe to live a more cultured life. Even though he claims to be doing this for the good of the G'tlazi population many of them dislike his strict sense of law. He tends to look down on those with a more "barbaric" culture. Achrallo dislikes him for his extreme views on justice.
