Dragon's roost festival

This festival is held every 15 years in Zagoss when dragons from around the world migrate to the Hozi-Whan steppes to lay their eggs. The festival is to honor these dragons and consists of feasting and singing. There is a dark side as the government will send citizens to the steppes for the dragons to eat.
