Cult of The Onyx serpent

The Onyx Serpent is an extremist cult wit control over an area of Chaogora known as the Serpent' Belly. The cult is known to sacrifice other humanoids to the onyx serpent this sacrifice seems to iclude cooking the victim alive and then cannibalizing them. The cult is extremely hard to find they seem to have an instinctive knowledge of the area and know where no one can find them.
