Crarr is an archpriest of steimarr and rules the country through its religiously devoted denizens. Crarr is a war cleric and really only held back by Borges and Ernomar. Crarr is seen as a psychotic despot by those outside of Steimarr's borders and is even considered one the most dangerous rulers in the world.
