Blue arrow community

The Blue arrow community is a cult like theocracy that expects its citizens to completely devote themselves to the order of the blue arrow. The cult is led by a human named Moninder Koompaar. Many visitors believe its citizens are brainwashed and that the community is breaking international laws. The use of a hallucinogenic gas known as Joved smoke is commonly used in their rituals and attracts displacer beasts. A insurgency is brewing in the more inland part of the country by the lands natives.
