Blanco

Blanco is a country led by its bank. The head banker is an earth genasi named boulder Apmot and he allows his bank to completely control the country's finances. The native Orcs, Locathah, tortles, and Water Genasi have attempted to remove the bank from control numerous times in the past. A region far in its forests has atempted to become a state known as Elprugg and was to be led by an Orc tribal chief. Blanco has large amounts of oil.
