Belgascor

Belgascor is a country that began as a modest thieves' guild 156 years ago. the current guildmaster is a halfling named Ersues Steelsbark. Belgascor takes great pride in its bagpipe players and even funds a bardic college in its capitol. Despite its seedy origins Belgascor is a surprisingly honest country trying to evolve past its beginnings. Belgascor Tequila is top shelf stuff.
