Bathazas Hesperos

Bathazas is a high elf archpriest and leader of Phonchao. He is a cleric of the peace domain and tries to solve all of his problems non violently. he has good relations with native druids and because of this they have made phonchao an agricultural powerhouse. violence is detested and he treats crimes like murder and assault as an insult directly to the angel of peace.
