You tune your radio to a particular frequency given to you by another Wavemaster. As long as both of you are equipped with radios, you are able to transmit audio messages at the speed of light to each other. It's common for Wavemasters to use this cantrip at night in order to converse with others, using codenames to exchange information and spells, or just for conversation.
