Rowan's Cobbler Shop

A small cobbler's shop on the first floor of an older wooden building, slightly moldy. The shop does a lot of business from the immigrant population of River Town and French Hill, providing repairs and custom shoes to many Irish immigrants especially. (Huth, Chris, et al.
