Church St. Cafeteria

Hands-down the cheapest meal in Arkham, the Church Street Cafeteria provides no-frills, mass-produced meals, sold by the plate. If you just want a plate of spaghetti or beans and franks, you can dine for just 15c. Some days there are more Misktatonic University students here than in the Orne Library.
