The Overseer is a control deity that watches and has precedence over the safety of Crismalia. Ze is a formless being, made of eyeballs, who can shrink and grow at will. Ze took direct interaction with the creation of provincial divide, even signing it with an eyeball - its symbol. Anything otherworldly that may happen in Crismalia is under the control of the Overseer

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
The Overseer is a formless, colorless entity. The only feature that is constant on zir body is the millions of eyes that cover it. The eyeballs increase and decrease in number as ze changes size and form.
Body Features
The Overseer's body is covered in millions of eyeballs that are all watching different pieces of Crismalia. Zir eyes are grow, shrink and change in number based upon the things being watched, zir size and shape and zir own will. All the Overseer must do is watch, so that is all zir body is built for.

Personal history
The Overseer was born far before this world came into being. Years, however, pass like hours for the Deities of Control and it wasn't long before the Overseer was given zir position in it all.
When the Overseer came to be, ze chose zir title and became one of the first deity in The Realm of Etherea . Each deity is created for something, before that something is brought into being, and the Overseer is no different. Zir creation was made to rule over the continent of Crismalia, and so ze did.
When it came time, the provincial divide occurred, and the Overseer created a pact with the mortals of the continent. Now ze just waits for the shatter - and for what should occur next. Ze has only been waiting for a short amount of time and things seem to be coming to a head. The Overseer's next action is imminent.
Gender Identity
The Overseer's identity may be confusing for some, who don't understand the meaning of sex to a deity. Zir sex is one completely unique to zir, as are zir pronouns and everything else tied to it. For deities sex is tied to different aspects of life completely - and parts of living that mortals could never begin to understand no matter how hard they try.
The best way to understand it is sex belongs as an identification to a deity's path - their world's of control and their realm of control. Like if a mortal wanted to be a bard. Now take that idea and add the fact that it is tied to the ethereal compounding of their birth title - which they choose immediately upon creation. Each letter in their birth title drastically shifts their ethereal compounding to a different place of being. It is something chosen carefully by each deity. Once the last letter is added to the title it decides their sex, after being meshed with their ethereal path. It is not a source of normativity, nor a fate given to them. It is an identification of an ethereal fate decided.
Morality & Philosophy
The Overseer will always watch the happenings in Crismalia . Everything that happens on the continent is observed and judged by the Overseer. Ze can be contacted by anyone on the continent, but ze only takes action when ze feels like it is necessary to the health of the continent.
The Health of the Continent does not lie with the retaining of the system put in place. The system is meant to be changed, from an ethereal perspective, when the continent is no safe from it. The safety of the continent is the only commitment of the Overseer. The petty affairs of mortals are overseen by a separate entity, and is of no concern to the Overseer.
The Overseer will take action when the Overseer sees fit. Until then ze watches.

The Overseer is only tied to the safety of Crismalian Deities of Control. Any other affair is trivial to zir, and is not zir issue or realm of involvement. Any choice that is made by the Overseer is made at the securing of safety for the continent.
