Who wanted to kill Ahrmand is still a mystery but at the moment it doesn't look good that he recently sided with the central government over Anhara Seelon, the Qel'tath of the House he represents. So far, she has not been accused of anything, but it would behoof her to have someone else proven the culprit.

Personal history

The son of Rexelle and Toau Kuhufu grew up with politics. While his parents weren't always at court, they had many friends who were high nobility, senators, or other high-ranking officials. The boy learned early on how to blend in with this crowd.

Sexuality

Ahrmand has never publically had a partner. That said, there have been rumours of casual encounters that have included heavy BDSM, leaving the man scarred.

Employment

As soon as he reached adulthood, Ahrmand took upon himself to act as a link between House Seelon and the Sh'areen Caliphate at large. This is what led to Anhara Seelon naming him senator when she came into power. This is the position he held until his death, but he also acted as a liason in many other matters.

Ahrmand can easily come off as arrogant as he knows the importance of his role. He is never cruel or intentionally hurts anyone, but he can be dismissive - especially towards the lower classes. He is also quite intelligent, but maybe not as much so as he thinks.

Loyalty to his House is everything to Ahrmand, and allegiance to the Caliphate comes a distant second. He does try to care for others when possible but has been known not to see the trees for the forest. This is something he has been ashamed of at times and made attempts to rectify, but such have never lasted long.

Both Ahrman'd parents and his sister has passed away, leaving his cousin Farokh Izad as next of kin and the one to inherit after his death. The two of them have barely met, and only because they sometimes move in the same circles of Solaris.
