Sitting at the southern edge of the Petragulag Mountain Range, engulfed by the Cold Marshes, and nestled against the Azure Sea is Quilzen. While technically a part of the Empire of Iuz, it is so far outside the godking's typical stretch of power that it operates as its own city state.History
