Quilzen

Summary

Although it technically belongs to the Empire of Iuz, the small tiefling town of Quilzen is so far away from the stretches of Iuz, it is often forgotten by the empire and considered by many travelers to be its own autonomous city-state. Nestled between the Petragulag Mountain Range and the Azure Sea, Quilzen serves as a useful port for any adventurers attempting to access the mountain range.

Demographics

Almost entirely Tiefling, although a healthy population of civilized goliaths have made their home here as well.

Government

Quilzen is a lawless town that is run by a guild of mercenaries known as the Stonefaced.

Infrastructure

Almost all of their money comes from travelers attempting to reach the Petragulag Mountain Range without going through the Empire of Iuz.
