She saw the building that was described in her note and walked in. After a quick briefing she was quickly led down a large cellar, Multiple vials and glass tanks could be seen, each with a limb or a creature she had never seen before. Ah you must be Eleysha eh? My voulentear, tall man with a leather apron, and not very clean looking gloves walked towards her to shake her hand. Yes.. for the 50 gold, give them to me and we can get to your experiments. After a few moments Eleysha was sat in a chair, The man in the leather apron made her drink some foul tasting liquids and injected her with an unknown fluid, Then placed some weird iron contraption on her shoulders, that vibrated and buzzed. After a few moments she could feal an intense pain in her arms and legs, She screamed as her vision became blurry and red. And her bones broke and reshaped, claws grew out of her nails, and her teeth fell out as new one grew. She fell in and out of consciousness as the bursts of pain became too much. When she was released she knew she wouldn be able to go to obedenia, she was a monster now, the only place those belonged, was in zaun.

Zaun was and to some extend still is, very poverty stricken, with a corrupt government, any problem could go away if you could pay enough, After technology and more understanding of magic started appear, some moved to Zaun to conduct research that wasn't legal, anywhere but here they could pay the barons and nobles to look away. This eventually lead to zaun becoming less poverty stricken and new jobs appear however a large percentage of the population was still poor. Many Zaunites have a hatred of Obedenians, this mostly comes out of jelousy, the two countries have had many close calls that could end up in war. Eventually new inventions was created, most of wich was considered taboo, dangerous to the environment and people around them, but very efficient and in some cases even more effective than Obedenians tech, This resulted in a bitter rivalry.
