The Dredian Empire is a very militaristic Empire, with everyone having combat experience,
Structure
The highest role you can get is Emperor they have the final say in any rulings or laws, and can change the laws and rules.
The Marshals is right under the Emperor deciding many if not most military actions there are 6 Marshals
Under the Marshals there is the Generals leading bands of captains and controlling an army each.
Under the Generals is the Captains leading the footsoldiers
There are however Other organisations within The Empire that inst directly part of the armies and Military that has their own hierchy

History
After the Red Dragonlord was slain and the huge territory the dragon lord, Was liberated, New leaders were each in charge with controlling the new territory to recover from the war, after many years of cooperation, the factions, now entire countries joined together under one banner the Dredian empire, Still believing in strength and Military migth from when the dragon ruled, but without the tyranny of the dragon.
Military
The Military is very strict and strong having multiple Military organisations working together
Everyone must train, and serve in the military for at least 8 years if physically and mentally capable, or if they are perusing a position of greater importance, but many serve for longer than 8 years.
First you're evaluated and tested to see what faction of the military would fit you best, and you would be most efficient in
if not particularly talented or trained in anything special, they would usually end up trained and used as normal soldiers, however every soldier is very well trained and disciplined, Many says that a single Dredian soldiers is worth as much as 3 soldiers from anywhere else. After a soldier have served at least 3 years or have showed exceptional skill in leadership, they might be promoted to a captain then lieutenant, and maybe even general.
Scouts, If the person being tested shows proficiency with stealth, wayfaring or nature, they might get into the scouts division. The scouts are responsible for scouting out territory, setting up traps
Many scouts are, Rangers Rouges, and in a few cases druids
Evocer, The evocers is a small, but still powerful faction of the military, when someone is found out to be a sorcerer in the Dredian empire they are taken to one of the spires of dominance, Willingly or Unwillingly, and is taught how to control their magic and use it for warfare, Sometimes an individual will train to become a wizard and willingly join the Evocers this dosent happen often but its not super uncommon They will be trained to become Evocers sending devastating evocation spells and destroying entire squads of soldiers with a single spell, these are usually trained from childhood until their mid 20.s. They are considered very high priority and aren't just sent into any skirmish.
Evocers is usually Sorcerers, and sometimes Wizards
The shadow legion.
The shadow legion is a very secretive organisation, Used as spies, assassins, blackmailing and other such activities, their job is to assassinate important enemies, gather information, work as double agents, But also to remove corruption, from inside of the Dredian empire, Its not common knowledge how someone comes to join this military organisation, and not a whole lot is known about them.
The Organisation is Usually Rouges, Monks(Shadow), Bards(Whispers) in few cases Wizards proficient in enchanting and ilusion, this is however rare
Protecters.
The protectors inst direly part of the military, when the gods seams to have gifted individuals with magic, they will be taught about set god, and learn how to use their magic effectively, as a cleric, or Paladin, their job is to deal with problems inside of the Dredian empire, if a powerful necromancer is trying to do something, they will be the ones that will be sent, or if a demon or devil has been summoned, of if a cont-agues disease is spreading they are the ones to deal with it.
Technological Level
Not as advanced as the Obedenians theyre still far from primitive, and have an abundance of technologies and science to study, and to help them.
A popular technology amongstn the Drednians is Prostetic limps made out of iron steel, or rock, these are not uncommon since many has fought in wars, or been in the military

Almost everyone is educated in the Military having at least 8 years of experience, other than that most people are either self taught or learned what they know from their parents, only few get an education leaving them to blindly believe in the empires word, since they simply dont know anything else, and often becomes very nationalistic
However if someone seeks education from someone else and they're willing to teach them it is possible
