Tethax
Tethax is a small kingdom separated from Greenguard by the Empty Peaks. It is primarily an agricultural kingdom, with little material wealth, though it does ship grains to Greenguard and, recently, the Hobgoblin Badlands. It is frequently raided by orcs from Snestein or vikings from Dragesvard, as it does not have the miltary power to protect itself. Rumors say that the Blue Rose has made a deal with the king, Silas Helton, to operate within his lands. Most in Greenguard have no way of confirming these rumors, and personally have larger problems to deal with at the moment.
