Special Resources and Enchanted Items

may split into two articles? I have them together for now since they are similar-but-different, but we can do whatever. Enchanted items also linked to Skills Overview enchantment skill.

Should include:

-general inventory tracking guidelines

ENCHANTED ITEMS:

-how to create

-rules for creation, use, transfer, ownership

-any usage limitations

SPECIAL RESOURCES:

-where to find (general, not specific locations i.e may be found in linean territories or during slelunking)

-rules for use, transfer, ownership

I am thinking that we can create a new folder somewhere to list individual resources (and perhaps recurring/plot reward enchanted items) maybe in Deep Lore: Linean History that way this page can stay a purely mechanical overview without getting bogged down by giant lists
