Antlerweed

A shrub that can grow up to eight feet tall in the largest specimens, though most are much smaller, with crooked branches and lobed fleshy leaves that resemble antlers. The leaves and stems produce an aromatic sap when damaged, which contains several volatile chemicals that are effective in pest repellant and control. Incense can be created from this sap, as well as tinctures and teas made from the leaves that are said to have several medicinal purposes.
As useful as it is and valuable when exported, use of the plant is not terribly common within Greymantle, as it is difficult to intentionally cultivate, and use is retricted or banned in many populated settlements because of the noxious effects is has for those of Lizardfolk heritage. Their senses pick up on chemicals that remain odorless to the rest of us, which has seen the plant used to deter the species in the past, but it is now considered unlawful to intentionall use it in such matter.
