Explosive Warhead

Explosive warheads are descendants of the ancient rockets, back in the time when both missile weaponry and ships were bound to Earth. They cannot stand up to any other offensive missile warhead in terms of firepower - even simple Atomic Warhead is obviously far before them in that matter - but they have other uses.   They are almost never encountered in Light Shipkiller and Shipkiller missiles, but are quite common in conventional rockets, especially those employed by pirates etc. to open up their outer hull to let the boarding party in... while causing negligible damage to entire structure of the target.   After all, using atomic warhead to open up a doorlock would definitely be a major overkill. Explosive warheads are much better in that matter. Hence the alternative nickname - a Doorknocker Warhead.
