AVD Warhead

The so called AVD Warheads are a desperate mean of defending a warship from an assault from either enemy voidcrafts or missiles, often used especially when one is facing an enemy known to employs either of them as a basis of their offensive. Due to its nature, it is employed especially often when one feels outnumbered.
AVD Warhead can be described as a mean to deepen one's defensive perimeter by launching a de facto AVD (Anti Voidcraft Defense) laser cannons en masse towards the enemy. Such cannons can at best fired few times before they burn out, but this means that at least some missiles and bombers will reach the 'proper' AV Defense weakened... or will not reach it at all.
Most navies does not use them, due to their generally low success rate and the fact that it requires a lot fo place in the munituib stirage to be at best moderately cost efficient. But it is useful if you are outgunned and expect a major attacks with voidcrafts and missiles.
