Arrogant, possessive, and wrathful. He speaks as if he still rules the world, referring to himself as “the First Sovereign”. He enslaves through history, convincing nations that returning to his rule is restoration, not bondage. He is obsessed with preserving the past—keeping the dead from rest, and rulers from forgetting their place.
