Qualifications

In order to join the KLYIRAED KE STIO a candidate must be: 

• Freeborn within the KORRYNTA social class or higher.
• Literate and numerate.
• Trained in logic and analysis.
• Detail orientated.

Career Progression

A LYBO may be promoted to a STIO, but most start as a STIOGMOE. Once a STIOGMOE has completed their apprenticeship they become a STIO. With seniority they become a STIOOD. A sufficiently ambitious STIO could become a HOO if a LYOIM can be convinced.

Payment & Reimbursement

STIO are paid a weekly stipend and given an apartment to live in with their family.
