Ever sinking, the weight of endless building push the city deeper down into unknown murky depths. Fernwatter is a city of temporary measures, for nothing is ever permanent and the only thing keeping people there is sheer determination.
But is that the whole story? The crime rate is the highest of all city's, the layers aren't properly recorded and the water's somehow rarely drown the depths of Fernwatter...
Very rarely does anyone travel to the far bottom levels of Fernwatter, for all that is there is treasure and monsters barely worth facing. But surely there must be something down there.
