Invoke a series of ancient Sylvan runes to escape a foe's grasp, cleanse yourself, and harm nearby enemies. Choose an unoccupied space within 15 feet. You immediately transform into a cloud of mist, swarm of insects, or similar evasive body that reforms in the chosen space while leaving behind a poisonous cloud. As you do, any of the following conditions on you are removed: blinded, deafened, grappled, poisoned, and restrained. Each creature within 10 feet of your original position must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, a creature takes 1d10 poison damage, which is halved on a success.
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the poison damage it deals increases by 1d10, and the range of its repositioning effect increases by 5 feet per slot level above 2nd.
