The creature is recovering from being electrocuted.

Shocked exists in 5 tiers of intensity. Applying the condition multiple times does not increase or decrease its intensity.

TierEffects
1- The creature cannot take Reactions.
- It has Disadvantage on its Ability Checks and Saving Throws using Dexterity.
2- The creature cannot take Reactions.
- It has Disadvantage on its Ability Checks and Saving Throws using Dexterity.
- It takes Tiny Electric Damage each turn.
3- The creature cannot take Reactions.
- It has Disadvantage on its Ability Checks and Saving Throws using Dexterity.
- It takes Low Electric Damage each turn.
4- The creature cannot take Reactions.
- It has Disadvantage on its Ability Checks and Saving Throws using Dexterity.
- It takes Low Electric Damage each turn.
- When this Tier is applied, the creature must pass a Constitution Saving Throw (DC 17), or it will fall Prone.
5- The creature cannot take Reactions.
- It has Disadvantage on its Ability Checks and Saving Throws using Dexterity.
- It takes Low Electric Damage each turn.
- When this Tier is applied, the creature must pass a Constitution Saving Throw (DC 17), or it will fall Unconscious.
