Regulus (Régulus)
Every king used to be a prince.Regulus (Régulus in French) is an idiom smithed by merging the noun of Order with the verb Burst.
The caster shoots an orb of light, flying straight forward then exploding when it goes into contact with a surface and scorching everything inside in a blinding light. Entities inside the blast radius suffer Blinded for 1 turn.
