Frozen

The creature is cold, or encased in ice.

Frozen exists in 3 tiers of intensity. Applying the condition multiple times does not increase or decrease its intensity. Rather, intensity increases or lowers depending on specific conditions.

TierEffects
1The creature is cold, ice hampering its movement.

It has Disadvantage on its Dexterity Saving Throws.
2The creature is covered with frost.

- It has Disadvantage on its Dexterity Saving Throws.
- It gains resistance to Fire damage.
- It has vulnerability to Frost damage.
If the creature is applied Wet afterward, Frozen will become tier 3 for an amount of turns equal to the tier of Wet applied.
3The creature is completely encased in ice.

- It is Incapacitated : it cannot take any Actions or Reactions and stops maintaining idioms.
- It automatically fails Strength and Dexterity Saving Throws.
- Attack rolls against the creature have Advantage.
- It gains vulnerability to Bludgeoning, Force and Sonic damage.
- It gains resistance to Fire damage and immunity to Burning.
If the creature is dealt Bludgeoning, Force or Sonic damage, the ice shatters and the condition goes back to tier 1.
