Thri-Goat - LvL 1 Mount

Rides as fast as a Riding Horse, but does not get slowed on difficult terrain created by slopes. Has a climbing speed as long as the thing is not a 90° wall.

They are basically large mountain goats with three horns on each side of their head.

Domestication

This creature has been domesticated by the dwarves of the north of Adwana in order to be used as battle mounts (they also function well on traversing mountain terrain)

Uses, Products & Exploitation

Thri Goats also produce larges quantity of goat milk, which is normally extracted by farmers who breed these animals.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

This goat has very good hearing (for they need to hear the ambush predators of the mountains) and sight (for they need to see where they're going on a slippery slope)

History

  • These goats have been domesticated by the ancient clans that lived in the Dwarven Mountains during the 39th century
  • Nowadays, Clan Dumantus (a clan of mount-animals breeders specialized on breeding warhogs, dire wolves and thri-goats) is the organization that controls the trade of breeding and selling Thri-Goats. 
  • Therefore, the Thri-Goat is the symbol of this powerful and rich Dwarven clan. Normally, this animal's head engraved in wood is worn as a symbol of all members of this clan
