Air Boat

Invented by Alastair Brume, Air Boats are recent inventions that have recently revolutionized the travel and trade across Lindrinor, especially on long-distances (like travelling across different continents). Some say it was only due to this invention that the Republic Federation of Rockvar have recently grown their Trade Economics so much, since it allowed trade between different societies of the globe.

Power Generation

This vehicle only produces Gravity Power through the use of levitation magic by activating Brumestones

Propulsion

Horizontal Propulsion is made by the use of the winds (just like a regular sea ship would)
Vertical Propulsion, however, is produced by something different entirely. Regular sea ships get that from staying afloat in water. Air Boats, however, get that type of propulsion from magically activating large amounts of Brumestone, which in turn levitates objects (such as air boats).

Weapons & Armament

Air Boats usually have many mounted crossbows and harpoons spread across the sides of the ship. Furthermore, many also have cannons on the lower decks.

Armor and defense

Air Boats usually have regular wooden hull defenses. However, the resistance of the hull depend on the type of wood used and whether or not it contains magical defensive enchantments.

Communication Tools & Systems

There is usually a Telemail Apparatus on each Air Boat, for sometimes communicating with the ground is fundamental.

Sensors

Air Boats usually carry sunlight power and wind sensors, for these are important factors that interfere in this type of travel.

Hangars & docked vessels

Usually at least one Air Speedboat is strapped to the side of Air Boats
