Enclave of Secrets

The Enclave of Secrets strive to protect those who are less learned from knowledge that would other wise do them harm. Hiding away secrets, securing Allips, and confiscating dangerous items. For the most part they strive as scholars, spies, and researchers who strive to defend the world from catastrophe.
They keep knowledge from prying eyes that would use the information in an unworthy way.

Structure

There are three roles in the Enclave at the top you have the High Scholar who relays the most sensitive information from Kephkah, Wisdom's Keeper. Below the High Scholar is the Seers who collect and filter the Enclaves entire collection. The last and most prominent tier is the Seekers who travel the plane looking for items and knowledge to research and control. Anything deemed to powerful is passed up the hierarchy, but for the most part each Seeker works independently usually hiding entire libraries of knowledge from common people.
