Limora is the planet where a core of magic pulls energy from the universe, condensing into material that exudes its power into the very fibers of the world. Those living closest to deposits of this ore developed a biological connection, creating the split between magicborn and non-magicborn peoples, flora, and fauna.
  The world is expansive, and its origins are a mystery that may never be discovered; but the ancient spirits, guardians, and gods work in tandem to protect, preserve, and help flourish it in whatever vision they have.
  At one point, a gateway to another connected world was in use; it lends legend that, prior the Cataclysm, the high tech world of the past may have made connections in space, with other worlds. But that is a story yet to be determined.
