Firbolg
"Wise and mysterious, the firbolg are giant guardians of the forest, devoted to watching over nature and protecting it. Known for their laid-back nature and hidden civilizations, the firbolg are rare creatures. Often, you'd only see one out of the woods if they are looking for a person who wronged the woods."

Anatomy
Firbolg are large, cow-like humanoids with long limbs and small, bovine tails. Their noses and ears are distinctly bovine as well, and occasionally the males of the species will develop steer's horns.
Growth Rate & Stages
A baby Firbolg is often referred to as a calf, and they're considered full adults at the age of 30. Males with the rare genetic mutation also begin to develop horns at the age of 20, and the horns are fully formed by the age of 45.

Firbolg's most notable facial feature is the large bovine-like nose and floppy cow's ears. Other than those, their tails and their soft-furred skin, the firbolg is virtually indistinguishable from a taller-than-average human.
