Orochi the Snake Ishida Tsubaki
Ishida was born as an unwanted child of the son of a leading politician and a young Soapland girl that had him at the age of 15. While his father disowned him, his mother gave him the world and all the money and time she could. Ishida was a quiet, scared little kid while he grew up, fearing for his mother as she was involved with the Snake Flower Triad. His life changed when, on an eventful night in 2005, a Tojo officer crashed into the place he lived. A big fight and scuffle broke out between a feud over Yakuza fighting over money. That night included Ishida's mother under their casualties. It was the night Tsubaki changed. He became indifferent, had many attempts at suicide, but a man picked him up and told him to cheer up a young Yakuza under the reign of the Ryoga Family. The man knew his mother quite well. One would say he considered her his lover.
He handed Ishida a new chance at life as he saw him as what she had left for him. The man was Hidora Kuragari, a young, upstarting Yakuza. He took Ishida in and initially started him out in the Ryoga Family. He saw the talent in Ishida and was able to get him involved as a member of the Nikyo Consortium, where he spent most of his time undercover while still part of the Ryoga Family. However, in the Nikyo Consortium, where he earned the monocher or Orochi the 8-Headed Snake, he was tasked with taking hits, intel gathering, and almost died a few too many times in the Tojo’s black ops, to then return and share his time with Kuragari. He didn’t like it, but the Nikyo had him spy on the Ryoga Family as he heard they were going to desert, but Ishida kept his mouth shut and told no one.
In 2020, the Tojo Clan was dissolved as part of the 3-K Plan, a government initiative aimed at eradicating organized crime in Japan. With the Tojo Clan gone, Tsubaki was left without a home. But he joined Kuragari Hidora in his founding of the Hidora Clan. He knew they were all struggling to survive in the wake of the 3-K Plan. He knew his father figure would have been up to something, he just didn’t expect it to be ready and set up and planned.
Ishida spent time helping Kuragari build his idea, helped recruit like-minded individuals who shared his vision for a new kind of Yakuza organization. Tsubaki was a formidable fighter, and he gained a reputation for his skills and loyalty to Kuragari. He founded the Dokukken Consortium under the security company and Yakuza clan and acts as the current Headmaster of the Hidora Office.
His methods, at times bordering on sadisitic brutality, occasionally lead to friction within the hidora clan, particularly from those who questioned his methods. Despite his undeniable strength, Tsubaki's Achilles' heel lies in his reliance on his Rai power. Overuse leaves him vulnerable, susceptible to exploitation by adversaries. His unwavering fixation on power can sometimes blind him to alternative solutions, rendering him inflexible in his approach when it comes to hand to hand combat.

Orochi stands tall, taller than the average Japanese man, uneasy and quiet. He speaks in a monotone, never raising his voice, never needing to. There’s a sadistic calm to him, yearning for battle. He wears a slim-fit, single-breasted, two-button suit in Midnight Plum, alongside a stone-gray dress shirt with a folded collor and a cool aqua-blue tie. It all combines itself with a pair of black formal derby shoes adorned with silver buckles.
His face carries a softness that borders on innocent, almost too quiet, too clean. But there’s something wrong in the silence, something cold behind the way he watches the world. His eyes, half-lidded and unbothered, flicker not with thought, but with the patience of a predator waiting for the moment to strike. The kind of stillness that makes your skin crawl once you realize it isn’t peace it’s control.
