The Cabal are enitities of immense power, equal to the members of the Sovereign Host. They are cruel where the Host are kind, hateful where the Host are loving. The Cabal are the shadows of the Host. These dark gods shape the world and are present at all times, speaking to those willing to hear them. Where the Sovereigns govern positive forces, the Tyrants are the source of fears.
Each are opposite sides of the same coin. If you believe in one, you acknowledge the existence of the other. The only question is whether you fear the Cabal or revere them.
