Born to Karme and Patroklos Gabras, as the second of four children, Hektor was born into relative comfort.
The Gabras family were wealthy landlords, and enabled them to live a life in relative comfort, with many friends.
In their lifetime, they watched as Rezhpol took more of Locris land, and this inspired them to join the Locris military.
A firm and comforting leader, they worked their way through the ranks, and earned the rank of Taxiarhos by the age of 35.
To the surprise of very few, they were one of three who took part in the Triadok after the fall of Stratigos Coldun at the Battle of Mende Line, and succeed at the age of 41.
They have ruled firmly but with care ever since.
