Small Business District
A region of the city populated with small offices and businesses. The buildings are all fairly short, with no company having over 500 people. Most of these companies have less than 50 employees. They run the range from small service companies to agile little teams, independent developers, and so on. In a sense, they're the life blood of the city, the middle class working on their own in small places, doing more than any big company can dream of.
