She may be sociable though doesn’t speak much on herself given she rather focuses on others, talking about herself is a small challenge. Observant on many things in the environment thanks to the unsettling fears she had over a movie she saw as a kid.

General Physical Condition
She has blue short hair that just barely reaches her shoulders, her eyes are blue which earned her the name in the first place and she usually wears a jacket that’s comfortable to wear with no care of what color it could be.
Special abilities
Laser Swords are her only power she has, and while it could cut through almost anything, it's effect weakens when placed in bodies of liquid. She is capable of summoning another from her hands and can make it transparent, though isn't sure what else she could do with the weapons themselves. They tend to vanish in a few seconds when they leave her hands.

Personal history
What does Sapphire know about herself? Nothing really that she could say was out of the ordinary. She was just young and once had a mom to tell her all of what to do, but she had to be on her own when her years as a teenager ended. Just before it could end properly however, she was the accidental victim of an explosion that did not do much but gave her an interesting ability; the ability to summon laser swords. Even with this new power, she didn’t feel safe where she was and used the opportunity of college as an excuse to head to Philadelphia in the hopes of finding some answers on what she could do.
