Rescue Organizations

Following the passing of the RESPONDERS Act, a new class of Emergency Services was created, with Federal authority and a mandate to protect local communities. This essentially takes the same template as is used for Volunteer Firefighting, and applies it to hero organizations. There is a very low burden for training, room for oversight, mandatory insurance, and a process that will allow funding at the Federal, State, and Local levels to ensure the organizations remain viable.
