Destabilize
Apparent power is to disrupt, decay, and even absorb atoms and molecules on contact. This can be controlled to create shapes, and his limited primarily by the frequency of activation, the scale of the target object, and the concentration of the user. Initially, destabilized objects will begin to crack and crumble. Full destruction creates a cloud of atoms that may be absorbed. It may be dangerous to absorb certain atoms (nuclear atoms, poisons, etc).
Decay Healing
By absorbing biomass, she is able to rapidly accelerate her healing. This allows her to heal broken bones mid-fight or heal wounds such as cuts, bullet wounds, etc. With concentration, she can remove bullets from herself after being shot.
Object-Resistance
She is able to destroy anything that touches her with great effect. In practice, this makes her immune to bullets, though requires extreme concentration. She would be unable to conduct hand to hand combat, run, or be exccessively active while also maintaining her bullet-proofness. This extends to knives (though the whole knife may not destabilize in time) and even larger projectiles like rockets. Gasses could be effected, but this may interfere with her ability to breath.
Stability-Interaction
Causing changes in the stability of some materials can yield traditionally unexpected results. Materials like gasoline are relatively stable in most circumstances. When destabilization is used on them, explosives, and even some lightly-reactive compounds like chlorine or even water, it can cause excessive reactivity. Gasoline may explode shortly after contact, it may rapidly evaporate, etc. Chlorine could rapidly corrode whatever it's in contact with (rapidly expanding her destructive capacity, splash chlorine on a wall, destabilize it, and it eats through it with minimal destabilization time/power needed). Hydrogen may be ripped from water to explode.
Weaknesses
Control Limits/Recoil In the event she loses focus, her destabilization power will remain active and target the nearest thing she's touching: herself. It will maintain the prior rate, possibly even increase the rate of consumption. This is extremely risky, so much as a bump, a shot, or an explosion is enough to cause problems if her concentration is shaken (precise/extensive destabilization requires more concentration, casual attacks do not and therefore carry lower risk). This can cause skin, flesh, muscle, and even organ damage that will require either extensive time/medical treatment or decay-healing and significant biomass to recover from. This weakness can be mitigated with things like soundproof headphones, to some extent. Overtime, it may be overcome with training/experience. The recoil must be conciously stopped and will take some effort on her part. If it is not stopped, it will continue until she is deceased. Scale More extensive items being decayed will have take its toll and eventually reduce her ability to decay objects for a brief period. Power-exhaustion. Pushing beyond this limit may cause focus issues, increased recoil effects, and loss of control/precision. Photons/Radiation Her power is limited to atoms/molecules only. She can destabilze anything with a proton, neutron, and an electron essentially. She can destabilize a proton-beam laser. Photons however, lasers and hard radiation cannot be destabilized. These are probably the most effect direct weapon to use on her.

Personal history
She was born with her power if incredible strength. She live in Kansas city with her dad and aunt. They would try to keep her calm because when she got upset, she would break things. Most of the time beyond repair. They finally let a private company posing as a government care agency take her, thinking they would take care of her. Instead, they used her as a guinea pig, and during one experiment with strange matter, they managed to strengthen her powerm She finally got away by killing pretty much everyone in the lab 10 minutes after she got it. (Accident, of course, but first killing spree of many.) She spent a few years traveling and ended up in Philadelphia. Was hired to do a few jobs, and eventually became freelance.
