Structure
The silence seems to operate out of several large ships as well as a small number of terrestrial bases. Like a large military, they use a strict heirarchical structure with recruits learning from cadets who take their orders from officers, who are managed by Lieutenants who answer to captains, so on and so forth.
At the very top of the structure is the ring of leaders: Veil, Mask, Grave, Shade, Iron and Silver. Each oversees a facet of the rebellion. None of them are seen in public often as they are the names and faces that are on Imperial "Wanted" posters. The ring of leaders have each had their turn being branded a traitor and a terrorist by the news cycle and then by Royal Decree. Veil, Mask, Grave, Shade, Iron and Silver are not their real names.
Public Agenda
Their ultimate goal is to dismantle the Chaphine monarchy and establish a new order where power is decentralized and shared among the various races and factions of the Librea Cloud.
The Silence seeks to ensure that the mistakes of the past are not repeated and that no single group can rise to power in the same oppressive manner as the current regime.
Assets
10 Extrall Heavy Industries Horizon-Class ships. Each named for a character in ancient stories of unity and freedom.These ships are flying military bases, housing hundreds of officers, recruits and younglings as well as cargo, vehicle transport, training facilities and more.
32 Bamp! Special Ops Series Cruisers. These are often named for animals and support a crew of 6-10.
116 Orven Falcon-X class fighters. Named for stars. Single or double occupant stealth fighters. Quick and lethal.
26 Atlan Wingman Cruisers. Small personal transport vessels, named by their owners. Manned with a crew of 2-4 and used to move individuals (usually only the important ones) from ship to ship.
2 Iron Stalwart haulers. Cargo ships, manned by crews of 15-20. Named for elements. (Fire, Stone) 2 Terrestrial Bases. Cumia and Binus bases, respectively.
