Phoenix Colony

The one and only prison colony in the system, Phoenix Colony is a series of workhouses across the whole of Llars M507 built to reform criminal citizens through labor. The residents of Phoenix Colony are senteced to years of service refining raw Tactrine into useable fuel, a dangerous job with long term repercussions for many. Most inmates will either die during their service, or spend the rest of their life with debilitating illness. However, the recidivism rate among those who have served in the Phoenix Colony is near zero.
