Arthok Syndicate
Crime syndicate run by Justice Arthok based in (and generally the ruling power of) the Veg system. The city of Aurevell on Binus is the home base of operations of the Arthok Family. Justice runs most the front businesses, a group of casinos, bars, strip clubs and pop-up parties. Justice's eldest son Manner runs the shipping and salvage businesses.

Manner Arthok – Eldest Son and Heir

Role: The eldest son of Justice and his presumed successor. Manner operates as his father’s right-hand man, handling delicate negotiations and managing key Syndicate operations.
Notable Features: A sharp and ambitious individual, Manner’s loyalty to his father is unquestionable
Charm Devain – City Planner of Aurevelle
Race: Vulnean
Role: High-ranking operative and City Planner of Aurevelle. Charm is openly affiliated with the Syndicate but secretly works to undermine it.
Notable Features: Deep plum-colored skin and elegantly twisted horns, with a sharp mind for exploiting fractures within the organization.
