Zara

Zara is home to the Celestials inhabiting the city in the desert. It is ruled by a hierarchical system of Planetars and Solars who follow a strict moral code and are exceptionally talented at holding grudges. Zara is also home to the Fractured, a hero who survived Koz'Mirrah's assault on Aldaroth.
