Fonzia

One of the oldest of the nations of Lerulious. The first Kingdom formed after the Age of Dragons ended, and founded by the most major figure of the Church of the Hero King, Fonzia and its rulers are of deep importance to the Church and its faithful. The Loyalist sect’s most holy site is the capital of the nation, and the Church and the Crown are deeply connected in Fonzia.

Currency

The most popular currency currently in circulation and widely used across the continent are the Fonzian coins, the Blade, the smallest unit, the Shield (worth ten Blades), and the Crown (worth ten Shields). The Blade is a small ovoid, stamped with the mark of the treasury on the reverse, and the Holy Sword Cyridon on the face. The Shield is a larger, thicker, squared coin, bearing the likeness of the Hero King on the Face, and the mark of the treasury on the reverse. The Crown is a circular coin, thicker and larger even than the Shield, and bears the image of the Crown of the Holy Kingdom of Fonzia on the face, and the mark of the treasury on the reverse. All of these coins are stamped in gold.
